The plumber arrived within 20 minutes of my phone call. Was extremely polite and very helpfull. Assessed what was needed and gave me a very reasonable quote. He left and returned a few hours later with a new shower unit to replace my shower. Once again in a very polite and respectful manner. My aim is to provide a stress free project, delivered in a manner that I am confident will exceed your expectations. I carry out all work myself and will be your single point of contact. My customers often comment that I am approachable and cheerful; I find that a positive attitude always helps projects run smoothly with good communication throughout. A year guarantees are included as standard on all completed work.
