Had a leak behind the toilet, the work was originally arranged for Tuesday at 15.00 which was arranged on the Sunday afternoon. Come Sunday evening I believed the leak was worsening and asked if we could bring forward the appointment. The very next morning at 09.30 the work was completed. A very friendly, helpful service at a reasonable price. I will be using this company again for any plumbing needs in the future. We have used Lewis a couple of times before for small jobs, but this time it was to transform our downstairs cloakroom from “grot” to “glam”! He took care of all of the plumbing and installation of the new suite and consulted with us throughout when decision s needed to be made. He also recommended a fabulous tiler he works with (David) who was also well priced and skilled. Luke was very prompt in responding to my post about the job and said straightaway what he would be installing. It was easy to agree a date and time- he then even went as far as saying he would be slightly delayed because of adverse weather conditions. When he arrived, he carried out the work quickly and efficiently and was very friendly. I had problem with toilet leaking in august It was almost impossible to get a plumber to even come and quote I contacted Lewis who was very efficient in coming to look at problem then quoting sending photos of units and it was then all done within the week I would highly recommend LewisVerified reviewerJob location: BN1110 Great guy!
