Shaun completed our bathroom rip out and re fit with great skill and handled all aspects of the job including electrics, plastering, tiling and plumbing to a high standard. He kept good communication through out, including any need for additional work or changes, and always had our best interests at heart. Our tiles definitely tested his patience but we couldn't be happier with the work he has done for us.

Shaun came out to give us a quote for a total refit of our downstairs shower room, he turned up when he said he would, worked very hard, cleaned up before leaving every day, was friendly, courteous and professional at all times, he gave us options and talked through them with us and did an outstanding job, Thank you so much Shaun it's nice to know we have an honest reliable tradesman for future work and can honestly recommend you to family and friends.

Shaun did a superb job of completely refitting our tired old en suite. All work was done to a very high standard. Dust and disruption were also kept to the absolute minimum. We are delighted with the bathroom and will definitely recommend Wessex Maintenance to friends. Thank you Shaun!

I requested what i thought was a smallish job of replacing a shower, however because of a previous owner's total bodge-job (a massive hole under the shower tray) there was a mission creep and we decided to replace the whole bathroom. Shaun's experience was invaluable every step of the way; he picked all the fixtures and fittings, tiles and panels. His selections were spot on and matched exactly what I wanted. I had already laid a new floor in my WC but the walls were out in every possible way so decided to get in an expert for the rest of the job. I was also replacing the toilet and sink for new items. Shaun ripped out the old tollet and sink almost immediately and then prepared the walls for tiling. I kept him topped up with coffee and he had the new tiles up really quickly. Very happy with the end result. Would recommend Shaun and will continue to use him for my future jobs.
