We had spent some time in a fruitless search for a professional contractor to lay about 10 metres of external drainage for us. Tom from Wessex Drainage Solutions Limited inspired confidence from the start. He spent some time with me going through the various options for the works and followed up with a fully documented quote which we accepted immediately. He and his colleague did the work over 2.5 days - were very careful and tidy, explained to me clearly each step of the works. The job was completed entirely to my satisfaction and the works do exactly what I had hoped for. Highly recommended.

We have had a really positivie experience with Wessex Drainage. They were quick to attend the site where we had serious drain problems, and even quicker to send us a report and fix a date to do the work and all within five days. That work is now completed and carried out to a very high standard. They were the most keenly priced of the quotes we had and I really appreciated their rapid response to phone calls and emails. Honestly can't fault them on any front.

Tom came out to quote for a collapsed drain pipe, he was very knowledgable and explained what needed to be done. We received a comprehensive quote and after accepting we were booked in within a few weeks. The works were carried out very profesionally.

Very efficient and super service. Called to a blocked manhole in our garden which they attended to quickly and discovered we had fibre drain piping which they explained had "letterboxed" causing the issue. They cleared the drain and quoted for the lining of the fibre pipe. We wantedto move quick so we accepted and they got us booked in 2 weeks from accepting. They turned up on the expected day and got the work done in a morning, you woudnt have known they had been here by lunch!

Just had my drains lined. From initial Phone call Wessex have been fantastic. Communication has been great from Amanda in the office and the lads on site were enthusiastic and knowledgable. All left nice and tidy and seems to be a job well done.
