  Exceeded expectations.

  Mark is very helpful and knowledgeable, he gave great advice and talked through suggested solutions to treat the damp wall in our stone cottage. There was no hard sell at all, the survey and quotation arrived as promised and work scheduled. The team were friendly and courteous, they worked quickly and efficiently and finished ahead of time so inconvenience was minimal. They made very little mess and left everything clean and tidy. Our expectations were exceeded and we would absolutely recommend.

  A good experience all round.

  We have had problems with damp in our underground garage and looked for a local company that could offer advice and talk through the options to solve it. Mark was prompt in booking a site visit, talked through the options, sent over a speedy quotation, quickly answered subsequent queries, and was reassuringly efficient. The works have been completed without fuss, with clear communication throughout, the site left clean and neat, and we are extremely happy with the quality of the work. A good experience all round.

  Great, fast, reliable

  Mark was great....came out quickly and gave me good solid advice. I didn't actually need any damp treatment in the end but his advice was valuable. Very genuine company....didnt even ask for a payment although I made one because the advice was valuable.

  Mike was quick to respond to my query and quick to arrange a site visit. Excellent no nonsense, practical advice. Although no work was carried out on this occasion, I won’t hesitate to contact him again when the time comes.

  This is an excellent company to use, from the initial quote and pragmatic advice to the very good work done in my cottage, I had complete confidence with choosing them. I would thoroughly recommend this Company together with the very fair pricing for all the work that was carried out.

  Undertook survey but never generated a report despite chasing. I guess they didn’t want the work.
