    Electric boiler

    After agreeing to pay £50 for someone to visit and look at the boiler. After 10 minutes and telling me what the problem was the guy asked for £200. Called the office and the guy there was about as rude as anything I’ve ever encountered telling me to “listen”. Asked to speak with someone else as clearly he could or would not help me resolve the issue, and he wouldn’t pass me onto anyone. Engineer was great. Will not be using this company for the £5.5k boiler replacement. You’ve just talked yourself out of a job. Terrible customer service.

    Ahmed attended promptly as promised. He dealt with the problem expeditiously explaining fully the work which was required. Very professional service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

    Boiler Installation

    I called Bilal at Weplumb he booked the same day to pop round and see the work needed to be carried out, as I have an old house alot of the piping needed renewing, he came back to me with hours with a full breakdown quote which I was very happy with, all work has been completed to a very high standard, I can highly recommend there service.

    BOOKED BILLY TO REPAIR BOILER. £130 WAS THE CALL OUT CHARGE BUT CHARGED ME £140?!? SUPPOSTED COME BACK AND FINISH THE JOB (BROKEN PIPE) BUT DID NOT SHOW UP LAST SATURDAY AND MONDAY. NO CURTESY CALL WAS MADE...  ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH SERVIVE. I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK PLEASE

    Boiler stopped working in minus 7 temperatures
