After agreeing to pay £50 for someone to visit and look at the boiler. After 10 minutes and telling me what the problem was the guy asked for £200. Called the office and the guy there was about as rude as anything I’ve ever encountered telling me to “listen”. Asked to speak with someone else as clearly he could or would not help me resolve the issue, and he wouldn’t pass me onto anyone. Engineer was great. Will not be using this company for the £5.5k boiler replacement. You’ve just talked yourself out of a job. Terrible customer service.
