I had a great experience with We Plumb 247 Ltd. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and fixed the issue quickly. The pricing was fair, and their customer service was excellent. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs reliable plumbing work.

I initially called out Bilal to fix a leak,but the job turned out to be much more messy and difficult than he probably expected. The water damage was so extensive that he eventually had to replace the entire sink unit in my kitchen.He did this efficiently and professionally (with help from a colleague). Throughout the process he was polite and patient, and gave me good advice, and showed understanding of my situation.1

High recommend! Came out within the hour on a bank holiday, and fixed the issue as quickly as possible! Very polite guy too!

After agreeing to pay £50 for someone to visit and look at the boiler. After 10 minutes and telling me what the problem was the guy asked for £200. Called the office and the guy there was about as rude as anything I’ve ever encountered telling me to “listen”. Asked to speak with someone else as clearly he could or would not help me resolve the issue, and he wouldn’t pass me onto anyone. Engineer was great. Will not be using this company for the £5.5k boiler replacement. You’ve just talked yourself out of a job. Terrible customer service.

I called Bilal at Weplumb he booked the same day to pop round and see the work needed to be carried out, as I have an old house alot of the piping needed renewing, he came back to me with hours with a full breakdown quote which I was very happy with, all work has been completed to a very high standard, I can highly recommend there service.
