Job location: SW12I recently contacted Wembley Windows due to a fault with my window unit, and I was extremely impressed with the service. Mark at Wembley Windows called me promptly without delay and arranged for a technician to visit. He booked Pawel, the window technician, to come and assess the issue. Pawel was outstanding – very knowledgeable, identifying the problem immediately and sorting everything out efficiently. He was polite, courteous, and explained the issue and resolution clearly throughout. I can't thank Mark and Pawel enough for resolving my problem swiftly, giving me peace of mind now. We had windows installed and new hinges installed on our composite front door.
