First time using this company, they fitted some new French doors and did exactly what they said they would do and they did it when they said they would do it. We had a minor repair and servicing job on our uPVC windows. I contacted two companies for a quote. Wembley quoted £300, the other company £1300. Wembley were great with communication, polite and efficient when they arrived to do the job, and clearly gave a fair price for the job. I have no reservations recommending them to anyone needing Window repair or installation. The communication was great and personal. No hard sell or pushy salespeople, and I felt the cost was reasonable. The guys arrived on time , fitted the windows, were friendly and helpful, put dust sheets down. They did a great job and tidied/cleaned up after they finished. They worked speedily and efficiently.
