  We had a fantastic experience with WEMAR! They knocked down a wall and installed a support beam for us, completely transforming our home into a beautiful open space. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and at a very competitive price. Everyone on the team was professional, punctual and polite — which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. In addition to the main job, they’ve also completed several other projects for us (tiling, window installation, electrical work, fitting stairs to the attic). Overall, we’re incredibly happy with the results and will hire them again in the future.

  Various jobs around the flat

  I'm so glad to have found a builder I can rely on. Mario and his colleague Peter were professional, helpful, and respectful while completing various jobs around my flat, including flooring and sealant work. They went above and beyond, completing everything to a high standard with no issues. It's rare to find a team so trustworthy, punctual, and skilled. I felt completely at ease throughout and will definitely book Mario again. Highly recommended!

  Fixing a job that was done by another builder

  Mario is the most trustworthy professional I’ve met, he will give you his honest advice and he has your interest at heart. He has done few jobs for but this one I had to hire someone else as he wasn’t available at that time and to be honest I wish I waited because with Mario you have a guarantee that it will be done properly. Mario to the rescue! Honestly couldn’t recommend him and his company enough.

  Bathroom renovation

  Have a fantastic bathroom thanks to the WeMar team. They showed up on time every day and worked very hard. Communication was good and they dealt with any issues that came up quickly. I would definitely have them back over to do more work, the finish in the bathroom is great - thankyou :)

  Refurbishment and extension of semi-detached home in Woodford

  Wemar Construction, led by Mario, completed a major renovation of a neglected semi-detached house in Woodford Green, including single and double-story extensions and full interior upgrades. Mario was professional, transparent about costs, and present daily to ensure quality. Expertly handled foundation issues and party wall construction, proactively communicating with neighbors about disruptive work and adjusting his schedule to accommodate them. Despite a tight deadline, the project was completed on time thanks to his team's work over Christmas. A post-completion issue was resolved promptly.

  Bathroom Renovation

  We had WeMar Construction fully renovate our bathroom after other internal works. Mario quickly provided a detailed quote and got started with removing the old bathroom. Mario fitted water underfloor heating, marble wall / floor tiling and shower niche (with great attention to detail) Installed plaster cornice, freestanding bath & double sink. We’re thrilled with the results and will 100% use WeMar for future projects. 10/10!
