10 Fixing a job that was done by another builder

Mario is the most trustworthy professional I’ve met, he will give you his honest advice and he has your interest at heart. He has done few jobs for but this one I had to hire someone else as he wasn’t available at that time and to be honest I wish I waited because with Mario you have a guarantee that it will be done properly. Have a fantastic bathroom thanks to the WeMar team. They showed up on time every day and worked very hard. Communication was good and they dealt with any issues that came up quickly. Wemar Construction, led by Mario, completed a major renovation of a neglected semi-detached house in Woodford Green, including single and double-story extensions and full interior upgrades. Mario was professional, transparent about costs, and present daily to ensure quality. Expertly handled foundation issues and party wall construction, proactively communicating with neighbors about disruptive work and adjusting his schedule to accommodate them. Despite a tight deadline, the project was completed on time thanks to his team's work over Christmas. 10 Bathroom Renovation

We had WeMar Construction fully renovate our bathroom after other internal works. Mario quickly provided a detailed quote and got started with removing the old bathroom. Mario fitted water underfloor heating, marble wall / floor tiling and shower niche (with great attention to detail) Installed plaster cornice, freestanding bath & double sink. They quickly provided a detailed, broken down quote and handled all aspects of the project with professionalism. Mario was super patient with us while we made decisions, gave great advice, took on lots of additional jobs outside of the initial quote, kept us constantly updated on progress and most importantly had completed everything to a very high standard.
