Making good two unsightly spaces

I phoned the above workman and he came to measure up two empty spaces which once housed a boiler in the kitchen and a tank in the bathroom. I was extremely happy with the work done to my specifications and will be employing him for future work. My neighbours saw his work and I've given them his contact details.
