Our 7-year-old boiler BAXI stopped working straight after a service by an engineer we have been happy with before. He came back, but said the gas valve needed replacing, although it was working before. I called Herts Boilers and he arranged for WelHat boilers to attend the same day. The WelHat Boilers engineer was very knowledgeable and thorough, and he found the gas valve was out of adjustment. He fixed it and although he was here for two hours, it was only his fixed fee of £70 + VAT. Highly recommended.

Mr Di did a great job servicing our boiler and fixed some problems previous engineers overlooked. Boiler now working well and good price. Would recommend.

Di, the plumber assigned to do the job was on time and courteous. He did not undertake any further work before checking first with me to see if I wished to proceed. This avoided any surprises when it was time to pay. Service was good and price fair.

Friendly and helpful

Di has done the boiler service for us, he is well knowledgeable about the job he is doing. He keeps the place tidy and clean. Would recommend him for the gas job.
