We needed locks fitting . Dan came punctually at the date and time agreed . He established what needed to be done . Agreed best to do on two visits . Very pleased with outcomes

I got locked out of my house when my key snapped in the lock getting home from a dog walk. Called Dan and he was with me within half an hour, got the door open and replaced the lock, along with providing advice about the strength and quality of the lock he had used! Great service.

Dan was very kind and helpful. he explained the different options and helped me choose the best one for my circumstances. He also showed me why different lock barrels are more/less secure than others. he called me 30 minutes before he arrived and was reasonably priced.

Excellent service from Dan. Very speedy response to call out. He sorted out our lock and gave some useful advice on security on other doors which we responded to under no pressure. Easy, trustworthy company to deal with and will definitely recommend and use again if necessary.
