Ceased trading - kept my deposit. Do not trust.

Had a terrible experience with We Get It Done (WGID) and Matt Carter, their Director. After paying a substantial deposit, I had months of excuses for why the job was not progressing. I then threatened legal action, and Matt Carter took personal control of the work. He convinced me to stop my legal action. For the last 3 months he has not responded to my messages, and has now deleted all of his online accounts. He now works for another company (Littlehampton Welding) and it seems WGID has stopped trading. They have thousands of pounds from me and I have nothing in return.

Terrible outfit who don’t pay their bills

Absolute shambles of a company who take work on then sub it into various other people then don’t pay them. They claim to have a start of the art faculty but it’s looks more like a tiny shed. Think Matt Is a con artist

Matt & Kos’s attention to detail is second to none, I’ve just starting using them on multiple staircase, balustrade and bespoke architectural works the only issue I have is that I didn’t find them any sooner. Can’t fault their service at all.

Railings and a gate fabricated and fitted

Matt and his team carried out the work on our railings and gates to a very high standard. The installation went smoothly overall very happy with the whole experience from wgid would highly recommend
