We had a badly misted double glazed unit in a wooden sash. Not a big job, but important to us. John responded to our enquiry immediately, gave us a quote and replaced the unit. Good workmanship and communication. Would not hesitate to use them again and would also recommend to others.

John responded to our Checkatrade enquiry very promptly at the weekend and arrange to visit within a few days. We received a quote the day after his visit and made arrangements for the installation as soon as the glass was available (about 10 days later). The installation team (Dean & Ian) turned up on time, explained the installation plan and cleaned up after the work was completed. Very happy with the work carried out and all communications with the team. Highly recommended!

The double glazed window in the kitchen door shattered unexpectedly through stress. John from Wefix Windows and Doors attended within 24 hours of my call to measure up and placed a safety film over the shattered glass irrespective of whether I accepted the quote. The job took less than 2 weeks to complete and cost £110 less than a quote from an over-priced competitor. I'm delighted with the prompt and efficient service that prioritised safety and courtesy. Highly recommended.
