  Leaking waste pipe under the bath.

  We had a leaking waste pipe under the bath. Pat was brilliant, typically the leak was the far corner under the bath, and the only way Pat could get to it was to cut a hole in the kitchen ceiling. All work was completed very quickly, mess was cleaned up and job done perfect.

  Fit a new valve on a central heating boiler

  A fairly simple replacement of a faulty valve in a central heating system and I was given a friendly explanation of the way the system works The appointment was easy to make. I had phoned the day before and the call was answered within 2 rings by a real person - quite noteworthy these days My only complaint was with punctuality. Having been promised the first call of the day at 8 am, he finally arrived at 8.40. He claimed to be lost because the postal code referred to the whole street and he didn’t know which number. In fact the postal code is only for my block of flats

  Replace combi boiler and flu

  Mark came round at the drop of a hat and inspected our boiler that had a leak. We knew it was probably gone and he was honest with his assessment and gave us a few options. We went with a new boiler and flu and he had it in stock and fitted within two days! Incredible service, polite, tidy and friendly.

  Boiler and Radiator replacement

  Duiring the first consultation with Mark he was friendly, helpful and very efficient. He spent plenty of time understanding the requirements. The booking in experience was smooth and although Mark had to change some dates, he communicated these changes well. The work was carried out to a great standard. I'm really pleased with my new boiler and radiators. The plumbers that carried out the work were friendly and professional and cleared up after themselves very well. Would 100% recommend Webley Heating and will use them again in the future.
