From start to completion the team were very efficient - pinpointing the problem to installing a new boiler all within 4 working days. Gareth and Amy were extremely helpful booking us in at short notice with great communication. Matthew was excellent and diligent on the installation. Very happy with all aspects of the service/works.

After numerous engineers advised me they didn't work on Ariston boilers I finally found webb heating. Gareth called over when he said he would and diagnosed the problem. He needed to order the part and would fit it with in the week. I was offered a price and accepted the quote. An engineer called 8am Monday as advised. He was very genuine friendly polite and made no mess. I work from home on the phone and use the same room as the boiler. The engineer had complete consideration of my time aswel as his own. No mess .. fitted and finished within 90 mins. Will definitely use again. Thank You

Gareth and his guys were great. They came when they said that they would come. They did a super job and then cleaned up after themselves before leaving. Couldn’t be happier

I needed a radiator moved. I only gave a couple of days notice. Work carried out very promptly within specified timeframe. All work carried out to high standard. Room put back neatly and tidily when complete. Excellent job.

When contacting the company I was promptly and politely dealt with, an engineer being booked for the next morning. He arrived punctually and carried out the work in hand quickly and efficiently. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided.

Had a problem with downstairs heating pump on underfloor system. Called Webbs heating and two days later Adam arrived bright and early, replaced pump , bled air from system and off he went. later that day the upstairs pump failed so back on the phone to Gareth (the Boss) who sent Adam back a day or two later. Luckily, for me , he was able to free blocked pump, checked system over and off he went. Two visits , heating ready for winter and at a price that didn't break the bank.
