Excellent installation of Battery and EV Charger + Consumer Unit

We had Joe and his team to fit a Powerwall and EV charger as well as replace the main consumer unit in the house. The work was completed in good time and the finish was very neat and tidy. Joe was very patient with my many questions and his answers were very helpful. We will definitely use We Are Electrical again if we need any more electrical work doing.

Really super couldn't fault Joe. From booking he visited the property and gave us our certificate within 24hrs meaning we could move our tenants in on time which was a huge relief. Also great keeping us updated as we were not at the property. Definitely use his company again.

Joe came across as the most professional, knowledgeable, customer focussed whilst exhibiting genuine passion for his work. I specifically appreciate the impartial advice he provided which aligned to other sources. He has been patient in responding to my many repeated questions where I had not understood any point. He is prompt in his communication; I was kept appraised of developments on a timely basis. His team were courteous, friendly and efficient, we hardly noticed they were on site. The work has been neat, clearly set out and labelled. Overall we received a high level of service.
