The first of two appointments, the engineer arrived early and after some checks promptly diagnosed the problem. It was repaired immediately and then tested and worked perfectly. It was decided to replaced the whole dish system. Later that day, the engineer provided an estimate. Following a phone call from the office a second visit was booked for that afternoon. The engineer duly arrived on time and replaced the dish and LNB. Again it was tested and was operational. An excellent service from highly skilled engineer working for an excellent company.
