  Wayne delivered an exceptional service from start to finish. He replaced our very old shower pump with real precision, and his workmanship was outstanding. Communication was excellent, he arrived exactly on time, worked cleanly, and treated our home with real respect. Courteous, highly skilled, and clearly very experienced. A genuine professional who goes above and beyond. Truly 11/10 and highly recommended. (14th Jan)

  Clean,tidy and professional

  Wayne was prompt, efficient,tidy and very knowledgeable. He installed new towel rail, moved 3 radiators and completed all pipe work for us. He cleaned up any mess he made and left the job looking exactly as I wanted. Really would recommend Wayne and will be using him again

  We have used Wayne's service on numerous occasions, as have the wider family now. I had a fairly serious water leak last night and he was at the end of the phone and advising at an unsociable hour. Within hours he was with us and stopped the leak, corrected the issue and was totally open to manage expectations. He's reliable, trustworthy, courteous and super high quality. Knows exactly what he's doing and is sincere when the customer is at a pretty low and vulnerable point. I would highly recommend and personally, I wouldn't go anywhere else - he's fab!!

  Wayne came bright and early as promised and was very pleasant and professional. He was happy to talk through the job with me and give me options on the work provided to suit my preference. I was quoted over text message and provided pictures of the job and the price was exactly the quote. Good to have a reliable plumber to call on for future jobs!

  Wayne communicated well to arrange the job. Work carried out to a very clean and tidy standard, despite the tricky nature of some old pipework. Very pleased with the work, and would recommend Wayne.
