  New boundary walls, new block paved driveway.

  Billy and his team cleared our old hedge and fences to front garden and concrete driveway. Built new boundary walls to front and side of property and carport. Refurbished and relaid large rear garden patio. Front garden and driveway prepared and completely block paved. Prompt start every morning, site left clean and tidy at the end of each day, always informed of progress of the work. Very friendly team of men. We have used Billy for all our building work since 2006 and would highly recommend him and his company. Always gives a first class service.

  Hip to Gable Loft Conversion

  We have been delighted to work with Billy O’Neill and his team on our loft project which has included extensive internal changes including a new stairway and 2 new bathrooms. We have found Billy to be very approachable and communication has been excellent from the off. The work of removing the old roof, erecting the new roof and building the new gable was done impressively swiftly and to a very high standard. The whole team has been considerate, cheerful and tidy. We wholeheartedly recommend W. D. O’Neill & Co. to anyone needing a reliable, trustworthy and highly competent building company.

  Double chimney breast removal

  Work was completed while I was away. Fully expected dust everywhere, came back to hoovered carpets where affected and the work is 1st class. Photos sent of progress of each step, would highly recommend

  Conservatory upgrade/extension

  We had our old conservatory demolished, to create a Kitchen diner and utility room. Billy and his team, along with various trades used, were all very professional, clean and tidy with the work they carried out. Billy was very good at explaining each stage of the project, patient with any question we had, and also informing us when the other trades would be coming. We are very pleased and happy with what we had built, and we would have no hesitation in recommending W D O'Neill Builders. We will certainly be using his services again for any future work we may need doing.

  Rebuild Garage wall

  Following an accident we required a builder urgently. Billy O Neill and his team were excellent from start to finish. Communications were first class. We could not believe the effort the builders put in to get the job done. The only negative is that we never found Billy earlier when we had other works done as he has far surpassed anyone else. We would not hesitate to recommend such a decent hard working team.

  Demolish old garage and shed,clear and level garden ready for foundation for building garden salon

  Very tidy despite a messy job, they was on time and within my budget. Came when they said they would and kept me updated with progress. Very pleased would recommend and would use them again in future!
