Will was excellent. Professional, considerate and thorough. Went through all the options and gave us time to discuss it. The work carried out was high quality and will most likely never need replacing. He and his work mate cleaned up thoroughly and took away rubbish. We're very happy customers.

He did an excellent job, was totally honest in identifying the minimum required (instead of trying to sell me extra) and managed to be flexible by fitting in some additional work at short notice.
