First class service all round, fast response to the original request & explanation of what was required was clear, along with a more than fair quotation. The work was completed less than 2 days after the job had been posted & the service provided was professional and friendly throughout. Highly recommended!

As an update to the recommendation that I posted 11 August, William has done another great job tidying the garden and giving a much needed prune to a variety of shrubs and trees. As always, all waste is removed and everything left tidy. I also discussed new projects for the spring - being confident in William's work means all sorts of ideas for the garden become possible!

This was the second time W. Cooper attended my property and, while the brief was different on this occasion, the same excellent skills and dedication to the task at hand were shown as before. It is always a pleasure to talk to William about the garden, as he is very knowledgeable. If a client knows what they would like to achieve, William will know how to get the job done. Additionally, if the client is not sure about something, William’s experience means he has excellent suggestions, and making subsequent decisions then becomes very straightforward. I found William (Cooper) via ‘Checkatrade’ and after a few hiccups we managed to book a day for him to come and sort my garden out. He arrived on time, was polite and friendly. He walked around my garden with me discussing everything that needed sorting out, giving advice and also listening to my requests. Then he set to work. He knew exactly what to do and pruned my shrubs, bushes and trees perfectly, with secateurs and clippers. I was very impressed. William was very thorough with clearing up all the cuttings. I can thoroughly recommend him to you. One drawback is that he is a bit pricey.

When William and his team came to carry out the job I was amazed at how much they achieved in the time they had allocated. William came to me with any questions about how I wanted specific things done and also liaised amicably with neighbours who popped their heads over the fence so I was extremely impressed with the attitude and work ethic displayed. When the job was complete, I saw that even the hidden and hard to reach areas of the garden had been attended to with the same high standards as the rest of the garden. In addition all waste was removed and the garden was tidy. Highly recommended
