  Dan was easy to contact and always replied promptly however refused to complete the job. We paid a 50% deposit to secure the dates, the job had barely started as the secured dates ended. When questioned over this, Dan's attitude changed and he refused to complete the job, leaving us out of pocket, a mess to clear and an unsecure house with a toddler. Completely unprofessional, won't admit any fault and down right rude. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

  I hired Dan, he was quick to quote and request instalments but failed to complete the job. He missed appointments, gave constant excuses, and left materials blocking communal walkways, which he denied despite photo evidence. When I requested a refund, he promised one by a set date, then stopped responding to calls and messages. The job was left incomplete, and I was left out of pocket. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. Avoid at all costs.

  Initially contacting Dan was easy and he was more than happy to help us meet deadlines. Complications with plasterers made things a little difficult but ultimately were unavoidable The first plasterers who came in did one of the worst jobs I’ve seen. After seeing this work Dan was in agreement and sent in another plasterer to complete the job properly. Naomi came and fitted our skirting board and although came across some complications did a very good job and was pleasant to have in the house Overall the work carried out is to standard and a compromise on the price was made

  Very pleased with the work carried at all stages. Great communication regarding the job and very helpfull advise during. Dan and Leoni where really nice people and totally trustworthy, would highly recommend WBS to anyone. Great job done, exactly what I asked for. Very good workmanship and left everything clean and tidy when the job was completed. A big thank you for a great job done. Really appreciated.
