  The job escalated from fixing part of the roof to a whole roof replacement. I agreed to the price and requested a guarantee. The work was carried out in a timely manner and appeared to have been done well. I paid the £9K

  The customer wishes for me to send a building certificate. Which is out of my hands. As it is the job of a building inspector. To issue a building certificate I think this review is unfair.
