I rang this company as my boiler was not working properly. The hot water would run cold. A plumber attended quickly and solved the issue. A part had been purchased for the job but this was not needed. A very trustworthy company as they still could have insisted on fitting the new part and charging extra money for time and labour. Sink Taps were also installed and this work was carried out in a professional manner. Lovely, polite worker.

Phill came to replace a leaking radiator. He turned up on time, the job was done precisely and perfectly Not only did he change the radiator for me, he also checked the rest of my radiators in the house he removed all the air which improved the heating so much to a point that l nolonger need to put my radiators on maximum any more. Honestly he went above and beyond great job Phill thank you. He also treated my house with respect and hoovered afterwards. I didn't know what to do with the old radiator, guess what he took it for me. Amazing job, l would recommend Wayne Lord any time. 10/10

I had my boiler repaired and then serviced by Phil and his apprentice. They did a great job and If I have an issue with my boiler in the future I will use them again.

Brilliant service by man Phil and apprentice Helpful and efficient and not expensive. Would 1000% recommend. The young lady on the phone was very good and listened to my garbled explanation 👌 😅

Jack arrived on time and fixed leaking toilet within half an hour. Have used Wayne Lord for a few years now and we’re always happy with the work.
