Emergency lock out due to stuck key - quickly resolved

Wayne responded to my emergency lock out extremely quickly. He was with me within 30 minutes and I was back inside within 10 minutes. Wayne quickly located the issue and returned with a replacement mechanism to permanently resolve the issue.
