A reliable and trusted builder to work with our refurbishment project. The team equipped professional knowledges from structural, electrical, plumbing, levelling whole floor and ceiling with new joists installing, full flat plasterboard and painting, kitchen units connections, bathroom full refurbishment. The dialog is always open with client and advise will be given before any critical decisions which helps the project a lot.

They laid concrete, built a wall and installed a steel beam to strengthen the structure Their team was the only team that pointed out building control will need to be involved. This shows that they have the experience and know the process. Also, their quality of work will be monitored. Their team has attention to detail, and they would plan everything before they do the installation. I am satisfied with what they have built.

We’re really pleased with our kitchen renovation. The team were friendly, professional, and great at listening to our concerns and coming up with sensible solutions. Communication was excellent, and the quality of the work is good — they built us our dream kitchen. They also liaised with other suppliers, which made things much easier. The project took a bit longer than expected due to external factors, and there were a few minor snags with the electrics, but these were quickly sorted. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be using them again for future projects.

Andy and team comprehensively refurbished our basement after it had been flooded. The high level is that the work was good, prompt and came in without unjustified variation orders so I would recommend them as a builder. The work included: - Complete strip out of water damaged material (essentially everything below 1m) - Rebuilding plasterboard and plastering - Laying herringbone floor, fitting skirting, architraves, doors etc. - Complete installation of utility (tiling, grouting, cabinet installation, worktop etc.) - Partial reinstallation of wet room (i.e. saving what could be saved to av

Waymore Homes did a great job on our kitchen project last year, so we came back to Andy and his team for our recent bathroom refurbishment project. They replaced the thermal mixer in the shower, which required accessing it from the wall behind, and also replaced the bathroom sink, under sink cabinet, mirrored cabinet (with lights and electric shaver socket) and taps. This project included plumbing, electrical and plastering work - all of which was done swiftly and to a high standard. We’re grateful to Andy and his team for another successful project!
