Reliable service, great job completed and all round great human being.

We wanted some Dimplex and Towel Rail radiators installed just before Christmas. We appreciated the quick response times and the efficient service we received with WaveTech Electrical. There was good communication in preparation for the work. Adam was a professional person. We found Adam reliable, helpful, polite, and knowledgeable in his work. We also had a couple of electrical issues which Adam sorted for us after installing the radiators. He also issued us a minor work certificate for the work done. We are very satisfied with his work. I instructed Adam to repair a shorted isolator switch that had come about due to a poor installation by a previous electrician in our EV charger set up. He was able to quickly fix the issue and identify further issues in the system that we were not aware of including that our old charger was also faulty. This was a fire risk and we are lucky he spotted this. He was able to recommend and install a more modern replacement charger and we are now back on the road. Adam provided competitive quotes and was always on time and friendly. It is clear his work is of a high quality. We are extremely happy
