Chris was on time on the date we arranged to do my job, and the price was good compared to other quotes off other trades men.

Waves made contact stating that there was no need to visit the house to give quotation as enough information was given in my job requirements and photos. They quoted a price but after I asked for clarification as to whether this was the total price (including parts, labour and V.A.T.) I received no further communication despite the fact that I confirmed that I had narrowed down my selection to them and one other company on the basis that I wanted to support smaller local companies. Very poor communication and total lack of customer focus.
