Really happy with the whole experience using Wave. From the first visit to the final finish, the team were easy to deal with and clearly knew what they were doing. Communication was great throughout, we were always kept in the loop and everything happened when they said it would. The workmanship is excellent, and the new bathroom looks fantastic.

The guys who came over were extremely friendly, respectful and helpful! Will definitely call again if needed! Thank you so much!

Wave Plumbing were great! They quickly identified and repaired a leak in my underfloor heating. Really punctual, professional, and easy to deal with. I’d definitely recommend them!

The job was done but came in significantly higher than quoted, even though they visited site for quoting. One of the the radiators fitted was left leaking. The other radiator, which had to be moved to a new location, was not done with much care or attention. Two of the brackets still have protective plastic shelves but can't be removed now the radiator is fitted. Many floorboards were broken, the old pipe was left protruding from the floorboards in the old location. And the simple instruction to install as close to the door without letting the door hit the radiator was not followed.

Was a replacement of taps and spout on a 3 hole sink. Removing taps was difficult as we're old and rusted. Tim had the rights tools though and sorted it all out and replaced with new set without fuss. He called in advance to check if could start earlier than agreed and was a very likeable easy going person who clearly knew what he was doing. Wave plumbing themselves have a very pleasant lady coordinating the jobs and was organised very well. Would definately recommend both Tim and Wave Plumbing to you all.

Waves contacted me very quickly. The plumber from Waves was available within a couple of hours on this occasion, then arrived wonderfully ahead of schedule, which meant that he was finished and cleared up plus we had a flushing toilet and working taps again by the time we had expected him! We are very happy!
