Extremely poor work, no quality control; walls boarded totally out of plumb/bowed, everything fitted wonky/unlevel, bath isn’t connected so leaks through ceiling, floor tiles are out of alignment, grout cracked everywhere & washes away in water. We asked that they slow down & stop rushing the work, that was ignored. They acknowledged these problems on the last day, said they'd fix it, but the company (Wave Plumbing and Bathrooms) disappeared & liquidated leaving us to have to pay another company to redo all of their work. They've renamed this Checkatrade page to their new outfit, AVOID!

The work itself is fine and the main problems have been resolved, but the finish is disappointing given the cost. Communication has been the biggest issue. Despite asking for clear updates, decisions were made while I was away, extra costs were added without consultation, and I am still waiting for the written report I was promised. This has left me unable to pursue action against the original contractor. I had trusted this company because of their reputation and good reviews, but the lack of transparency and accountability has been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend them.

We have used Wave plumbers twice now and both times they've done a brilliant job. They're always courteous when coming to our home and very conscientious when it comes to checking the work afterwards to make sure they've done a good job. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Amazing service, from the initial quote, to agreeing the fittings that would be ordered and the work itself. Darren and his team were prompt, professional and a joy to deal with.

Really happy with the whole experience using Wave. From the first visit to the final finish, the team were easy to deal with and clearly knew what they were doing. Communication was great throughout, we were always kept in the loop and everything happened when they said it would. The workmanship is excellent, and the new bathroom looks fantastic.
