    Fitting of TV wall brackets and set up

    Enquiry made and visit carried out to check walls and provide quote. Quote accepted and date and time advised for installation. Arrived punctually and well-prepared, carried out installations and set up televisions - clean and tidy working and well-executed. Due to our error we had to get Darren and Harry back to adjust a bracket - new arrangement made quickly and adjusted. Very happy with the work done.

    Removal of aerial

    After responding to my request for installations for new aerial’s, they very quickly agreed a date and time to visit. I was very happy with the work . I felt the job was very reasonably priced. The job was explained to me. Mr Watts was polite, friendly , tidy and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him

    I posted a job saying I'd just moved house & had inherited lots of cables, none of which seemed to work for my tv. Darren said he'd call in sometime in the next few days to look at the job & give me a price. I agreed. Darren turned up a couple of days later, took a look at my tv & the various cables & said he knew what the trouble was, his call out charge was £78 but he wouldn't be able to confirm the cost until he'd been into the loft to check things. He was pushy so I declined. After he'd left I realised there wasn't an aerial cable that fit my tv so bought one from Amazon £4.99. Job done

    I’m sorry you found my service not to your liking but I came out diagnosed the problem gave you a price which included my callout,time and parts . Just so people know it’s a false claim you could get the item you mentioned to rectify the fault. Regards
