I had work carried out by Bob and the team a couple of years ago. The original quote increased by around 40% as Bob saw new framing was required once the old roof had been stripped down. Job looked great when completed and I referred him on for more work. My nightmare has been having a repair done to the small roof that had been put up, I have had messages ignored and no one come out; To date I have been waiting for 3 months. What is the point of a warranty when a repair to previous work carried out is ignored.
