I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Kevin and his team. He came over one week to assess the job, and by the following week, my new boiler was fully installed and running perfectly! He and his team were incredibly quick, efficient, and professional throughout the whole process. They were also friendly and respectful of my home, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The work was done to a very high standard, and everything was left neat and tidy afterwards. I’m really impressed and grateful – I’d highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks again

Posted the job and Kevin responded very quickly. He visited the property and quoted to install a water softening unit. Agreed with the fair and reasonable price and Kevin and team turned up on the date and time specified to complete the work. Kevin and his team were highly professional and courteous. Communication from start to finish was excellent as was quality of workmanship. After install, the area was cleaned thoroughly. Based on my experience, I would use Watsons Plumbing and heating services again and would highly recommend them for future jobs.

Kevin and his team were exceptional. They changed our soil stack, repiped the bathroom and installed the bath tub. Everything was done really efficiently. There was a slight leak, but the team came back the next day to fix and offered an explanation (there has not been a leak since!). Overall I’m happy, and they were reasonably priced too. Thanks to the team!

Kev and his team completed my bathroom refit, completely removing old bathroom suite & tiles, Pipework changes, new electrics, suite installation and tiling. All completed in good timeframe, to a high standard. The team were friendly and professional, tidy and with good communication. Kev also put himself out after hours to pop round and sort a couple of items out. I would 100% recommend him & his team

I can’t recommend Kev and his team highly enough. The reliability, attention to detail, workmanship and communication was superb! Plus, they were completely tidy and left the house and driveway clean.
