Sam was excellent from the start. Friendly, efficient, reliable and communicated very well. He was one of only two work persons who responded to the CheckaTrade broadcast. Our job was simply replaced a broken shower head. Sam came round, assessed the problem, sourced a replacement and came and fitted it. Clearly Sam is one of those (rare) trades people who takes the view that no job is too small which is refreshing. Sam was a pleasure to deal with and we will definitely using Sam for a shower re-fit later in the year. Tahn you, Sam
