Sam came to fit an outside tap and he did a brilliant job including fitting a lever for cold weather. He also attached my hose with some fittings as I wasn't sure how to do it which he didn't have to do but he did it anyway because he is a very nice, helpful person and he gave me some good advice. I shall avail myself of Sam's services again as I have a couple more plumbing jobs I need doing and I would certainly recommend him to anybody.

Call Sam a on a recommendation from a friend who told me how good he was. Fixed a date for him to come round. Came on time and took his boot's off on entering. Great start .he had a look at the job (digital shower controller. I know these are expensive, and he asked if I had any paperwork, when he had a look he said he thought it could still be in warranty, told me to ring them 1st to see if they could fix it (they said it was and they could) what a honest feller to advise me to do that ,told me if it wasn't in warranty to ring him back ...I would highly recommend Sam to friends and family

Sam connected a new water supply pipe for me. The work was completed to a high standard and he ensured everything was working nicely before leaving the area tidy. Very satisfied, will use again.

Professional and prompt, knowledgeable and efficient.

I needed retiling behind the toilet basin as I remained with a hole in the tiles once the toilet was changed (worked done by other workmen). I liked that he was punctual, he clearly explained what are the services that I'm going to pay for in the bill and finished the job on the day that he promised. I didn't even look for another quote as he inspired trustworthiness and reliability through his manner and he did not disappoint.
