I recently hired Watersonto install an electric shower and fix a socket for the boiler, and I’m very happy with the work. He arrived on time, very polite and professional, and explained everything clearly. The electric shower was fitted neatly, and the faulty socket was repaired efficiently. He really went out of his way to fix the boiler connection, making sure everything was safe and working properly. It wasn’t a straightforward job, but he handled it without any fuss. Elliott was brilliant from the start. Really good at explaining the faults, the work needed and how much. He was great all the way through, a lovely guy to chat to and get to know as well. My immersion water heater wasn't working and needed a replacement part. Even though the model of my immersion water heater was an older one they managed to source a suitable replacement part and installed the new part quickly.
