Bob at Waterside was very friendly and approachable and not patronising in the way that some tradespeople can be. He gave a clear competitive price and stuck to it, did the job ahead of time and to a very high standard. Very happy with the service and work. The team are knowledgeable and helpful and carry out a very good job. We have had windows from Bob and his team and are pleased to say we will definitely be doing business together again in the future.
