We are absolutely thrilled with our new blinds—they look amazing and have completely transformed our rooms, making them feel so much more homely. The service was exceptional from start to finish, from the initial enquiry to the fitting. Every member of staff was polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. Tim, the fitter, was fantastic—polite, courteous, and clearly a perfectionist. He made sure the blinds and curtains were positioned perfectly and ensured we were completely happy with the result. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this company!

From start to finish the experience with Waterside blinds was very good. There is a good choice of blinds and reasonable pricing.

I am so impressed with the level of service provided by Waterside Blinds. I cant recommend them highly enough. From the contracts manager (Robin), to the customer service (Kirsty) to the fitters (Tim & Steve) they were always professional and courteous. I must admit it is refreshing to use a company that get the job done in a timely, knowledgeable, professional manner. Best of all my wife is extremely happy with the shutter blinds so that has made my life a lot, lot easier!!!

Our bay window blinds, bought from the same company needed replacing (after 15 years); because 2 slats and a plastic slider had broken and the old rail system was no longer available. Apart from the fact that spares were not available, we can't complain. The service was prompt, polite and efficient. Thank you Leanne and Sean for your help in choosing and installing our new blinds.
