  From getting the quote to finishing the job, my experience was all positive throughout. I particularly welcomed a few questions to make sure the issue was correctly identified and rectified, and explanation about what the job would involved and a few possible solutions. I find this approach rare but excellent as I like to make informed decisions. Definitely use them for all the future work!
