Cameron correctly identified what the problem was over the telephone. It was 5:30pm and he made the effort to turn up 30 minutes later and completed the job. He took his shoes off which shows he is professional and cares. I would highly recommend him.

I couldn't recommend this plumber highly enough. He responded quickly, turned up when he said he would and was polite, tidy and professional throughout. The job was far from straightforward, involving the installation of a granite sink and a 4-in-1 boiling water tap. To make matters worse, I had accidentally ordered the wrong size sink, but instead of seeing it as a problem, he found a solution and made it work perfectly. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, his pricing was very fair, and he clearly takes pride in what he does. I'll definitely be using him again for future work!

Used Waterrush today to fit 3 water butts, one of which was particularly challenging as I wanted it in a particular place that would need some improvisation. I expected to be told this was not possible. Cameron and Sonny rose to the challenge and fit it perfectly in my prefered space. Super job on all 3 units and done professionally, tidily and with a smile. Thoroughly recommend.

Replaced a broken macerator and also found another leak that was dealt with at the same time. Really quick response time and fair pricing for the job. Very happy and would recommend.

Excellent job. Went above and beyond to fix the pipework issues we had. Disconnected/capped current washing machine supply pipe connectors. Installed new connector in new position. Cut back additional extruding pipework on kitchen floor. Changed stopcock as current one was corroded/ceased.
