Pete's been brilliant, first dealing with and servicing a boiler that had run out of oil, and then fitting a new filter when the seals on the old one went. Really prompt to reply, really helpful, and genuinely cares about doing a first class job, and about helping people when they need it.

Pete recently came out for a gas boiler services, and I couldn't be happier. The engineer was an amazing person—professional, polite, and clearly highly skilled.
