The job required was to replace a 33m length of domestic watermain, avoiding existing gas/electricity supplies, from the road to a house and to reconnect - not a straightforward task. There was a quick response to my initial enquiry, followed by a site visit, which was thorough, providing a detailed description of what would need to be done and how it was to be done and which was followed by a quotation. The work was carried out with impressive efficiency, neatness and care, with Dave Boy frequently updating me with the progress. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

I can’t fault Watermain Solutions. Dave came out to see the job and a quote was provided within 24hrs. I did have some further queries about the work and he was more than happy to explain everything to me. Dave and his team came to complete the work when they said they would so were very reliable. Finding the pipe was not as easy as first thought but Dave and his team came up with an alternative solution and replaced the whole pipe. Given that I had to have several places dug up, which included grass and paving slabs all was repaired to an excellent standard. Leak fixed so very happy!

From initial quote request to finishing the job, Dave and team were professional, considered, polite, communicated what was going on through out. I felt reassured they could fix the problem, which was complex and very difficult. They got water to my taps after tireless hard work determination and grit. There was no way this would be a fail highly recommend!

David Boy responded quickly to email enquiry. A mutually convenient appointment was arranged for the repairs David had to dig up the driveway to access the leaking mains water pipe. The block paving was carefully lifted , no blocks broken, repair to damaged pipework was carried out quickly and driveway carefully put back.
