  Excellent service from this company when I wanted to get a new hot water cylinder installed. Scott was very responsive on email and took time to respond to all of my queries. He also came to my apartment twice to take measurements and provide advice. On the day of the installation Michael and George were brilliant - tidy, professional, and they very politely responded to all of my incessant questions. When the job was done they left leaving no trace, just a happy customer with lots of hot water. Three weeks later and everything is ticking along smoothly.

  Boiler replacement

  Scott is highly reliable and trustworthy. He gave honest advice regarding the state of the boiler and the cost of the repair in order to allow me to make an informed decision on whether to get a new boiler. Install of the new boiler was very reasonably priced. I would recommend Scott without hesitation

  I've used Waterguys a few times in the past, and recommended them to others. Scott at Waterguys is always very responsive and practical. Really good comms. In addition to being very competent at their jobs, his team are polite and pleasant, making the whole experience a positive one. Thoroughly recommended.
