  Scott is highly reliable and trustworthy. He gave honest advice regarding the state of the boiler and the cost of the repair in order to allow me to make an informed decision on whether to get a new boiler. Install of the new boiler was very reasonably priced. I would recommend Scott without hesitation

  I've used Waterguys a few times in the past, and recommended them to others. Scott at Waterguys is always very responsive and practical. Really good comms. In addition to being very competent at their jobs, his team are polite and pleasant, making the whole experience a positive one. Thoroughly recommended.

  Highly recommend the great service from the Water Guys! Very helpful guidance over the phone, fast appointments, and the engineers visiting were professional, trustworthy and gave me good advice. Having recently moved flat, I had the boiler serviced and they came back to fix my bath and shower, even helping to hunt around for the flat’s isolation valve which I had no idea where it was. Super cool, reliable team. Tremendous thanks!

  These guys are honest, knowledgeable & helpful so you save you time & money. Swift in their time getting all the details first, you get a call back from an actual plumber not just a call centre. Their advice was invaluable & would thoroughly recommend their expertise. They are truly 5*
