  Waterguys have done a lot of work for me over the years and I find them reliable, thorough and good at diagnosing problems. Eddie worked for me recently and the job was resolved quickly and efficiently.

  Excellent job replacing boiler

  Michael and George from the Waterguys did an excellent job replacing my old boiler. The work was completed quickly and left tidy. They were both friendly and professional, recommending the right type of boiler for my home and clearly explaining its key operational features. Communication was prompt throughout, and they were very helpful in answering my questions. I’m very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them.

  Friendly, professional, high quality service

  Excellent service from this company when I wanted to get a new hot water cylinder installed. Scott was very responsive on email and took time to respond to all of my queries. He also came to my apartment twice to take measurements and provide advice. On the day of the installation Michael and George were brilliant - tidy, professional, and they very politely responded to all of my incessant questions. When the job was done they left leaving no trace, just a happy customer with lots of hot water. Three weeks later and everything is ticking along smoothly.

  Boiler replacement

  Scott is highly reliable and trustworthy. He gave honest advice regarding the state of the boiler and the cost of the repair in order to allow me to make an informed decision on whether to get a new boiler. Install of the new boiler was very reasonably priced. I would recommend Scott without hesitation
