  Waste Water pipe repair and drain clearance

  The Waterford Plumbing team communicated clearly and professionally, and carried out the job to a high standard. They were very respectful when working in and around our property and took the time to explain what they were doing, which I found incredibly helpful. We will definitely be using them again.

  Issue with boiler pressure going too high and sealant needed replacing in the bathroom

  Ross was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the boiler which was due to water filling up the expansion pack. Gave the boiler a service and took the water out of the expansion pack. He also texted 30mins before he was due to arrive which was very professional

  New bath installed - happy wife

  My family can shower again! WP saved us again by coming in to install the bath that a cowboy plumber tried doing. Ross, as before, was very quick but incredibly efficient and the quality is top notch. Great communication throughout the time he was here and gave me updates and a rundown of what he did and gave advice on what needs to happen next (the bath sits too high so the side panels would need to sit on a skirting board of sorts by a chippy). Genuinely believed I could call him should anything go wrong and he would be over to sort it in a flash but I sincerely doubt I would need him to!
