  Roof replacement to mid terrace house

  Very satisfied with Waterford Roofing. Lee was very responsive to queries and questions. He always explained clearly what was happening and why. The team arrived on time and as expected. The weather was poor during the job, but they worked whenever possible and completed the job in the number of working days expected. All work carried out as agreed, the roof looks good and the house is warmer and weatherproof. A tile broken on the conservatory while the scaffolding was being erected was replaced without question. The site was left safe, clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

  New guttering, roof and porch repairs

  My Mum was having various issues including guttering, roof and porch roof leaking. I rang Lee for a quote and asked him if he could do a thorough check up of the roof at the same time. Very reliable, he was on site quickly to do the repairs, whilst also identifying any other faults. He gave us an honest assessment of what was required without any pressure whatsoever. Lee did a thorough, professional job at a reasonable price, ensuring everything was clean and tidy when he'd finished. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he kept us well informed every step of the way.

  Facias and guttering

  Needed work done on facias and guttering. Went on checkatrade and found Waterford Roofing. Contacted Lee and he and his team came to do the job. Gave me a quote and had new guttering fitted plus painting of facias which were repaired where needed. Tidied up after. Pleasant team to work with.

  Lee responded very quickly to our request for a quote and then gave a date for when the work could be done. He was able to start the work before the date given and completed it all in a day

  Flat roof replacement

  Throughout the complete process, from quote to installation, Lee and the team were extremely helpful and professional. Given the scale of the works they were on site for a week or so, and throughout that time they kept us updated on progress and explained all that they were doing.
