We booked a skip to be replaced once the original one had been filled. Upon arrival of the new skip being delivered the neighbours drive was sued for access and the appropriate process was not carried out causing damage to the drive way . Complaints have been logged however communication has been appalling. The skip was due to be collected last tuesday and it's still here.... The whole process has been terrible.

We have used this company twice over the past few weeks. Both times the skips have been delivered on time. We received an email confirming delivery for that day before the skips arrived.
Unfortunately, we went down with Covid just after the second skip was delivered and we were delayed in filling it up. I emailed Waste on Line to say that we would not have finished with it by the date we had originally asked for it to be collected and within a couple of minutes we had a new date for it to go. The communication and help we received from them was great. I’d recommend them to people.
