When I contacted Waste Management Group, they answered the phone straight away, which was great. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and they were very flexible with my availability. The three gentlemen who came out had excellent customer service — they were patient, well-mannered, very organised, and arrived on time. They cleared out a house I recently bought, which had a lot of old furniture, and the garden was full of scrap metal and general garden waste. Waste Management Group cleared out a door, rubbish bags and some rubble from my house. They we’re on time, polite and removed all rubbish with the minimum of fuss.

I cannot recommend Waste Management Group Limited enough, from start to finish the service was amazing! They truly went above and beyond, showed kindness, professionalism, and care. The brothers were super lovely as was the whole team. I needed to have a house clearance when I first moved in and called them, and was so pleased that when I needed another clearance I called them back again. Would highly recommend them!
