I had been noticing an increasing number wasps in my house over the past couple of weeks and I had started to get concerned there could be a nest. I contacted this company after work/5pm, and he came out the same evening, even though this wasn't an emergency! So a brilliant response time! This meant my problem was dealt with within a couple of hours of me sending the message. Extremely convenient! Very satisfied with the experience. He made sure I was kept safe/out the way of any wasps. Quickly located the wasp nest and removed it. Overall very pleased! thank you!
