Arrived on time, very polite and tidy. Took shoes off when entering house without being asked. A big plus with us. Did the best they could and left their card saying to call them if more wasps appear and they will return and sort. Can’t ask for more than that.

Excellent phone manner on making enquiry. Was asked good questions and they provided a comprehensive description of service and costs. The guys arrived at the agreed time, explained what they were going to do then did the job, described what they found and what they'd done to fix the situation and provided photos of what they'd found. Called out for what was thought to be a wasp nest. Nick quickly noticed that we had Asian bees where we had noticed the activity. These were treated and then whilst chatting he spotted a wasp next the other end of the house so this was also treated for half price on the day. Happy with the service!

I called Wasp Guys in August 2020 for the first time to get rid of a wasps nest on my roof, attended house within a couple of hours and solved the problem. Called them out again in early October 2021 for another nest on my roof, again same day response. The first treatment didn't completely clear nest. Steve returned three days later at no additional cost and problem fully resolved at no additional cost. Wasp Guys offer a reliable and effective service, I'd have no hesitation recommending them.
