Visited the Portsmouth branch of Wash Bathrooms to get ideas for the renovation of our new home. We were welcomed by Lewis, who left us to look around the items on display. He was extremely helpful, listened to what we needed and gave us advice on the best solutions for our needs, without being pushy. We’ve just had a full rip-out and redesign by Wash Bathrooms, and we’re genuinely thrilled with the result. Lewis designed the new layout and completely transformed the space — including adding a bath where there was only a shower before. It works so much better now and feels modern, spacious and beautifully thought through. Richard carried out the installation and his attention to detail was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and his can-do attitude really showed. He was reliable, tidy and clearly takes real pride in his work. A big job handled professionally from start to finish !
