  I had a leak on my toilet today and called out Bledar – he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He arrived promptly, quickly identified the issue, and explained clearly what needed to be done. The repair was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard, leaving everything tidy afterwards. What really stood out was his professionalism, friendliness, and honesty – he clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing a good service.   I was very impressed by the plumber that came and visited me to fix my toilet. He explained everything in advance and worked tirelessly to fix what became a slightly tougher problem than initially believed. Would thoroughly recommend.
