My mum needed an extra step built at the front and back door as she was struggling with the height of the current steps. Jack responded quickly and came to quote straight away, confirming it later that day on WhatsApp. He and his guys did the job today and did a perfect job - neatly, quickly and efficiently - it was just what we wanted!
